Ice Wave is a franchise known as its revolutionary handmade way of selling ice creams. These are produced over a freezing pan that keeps -30ºC. The original concept of the art of making these products comes from Thailand. One of the founders was studying there an MBA and the idea surprised him gratefully so he decided to import this new ice cream process to Spain.
The singularity of these products relays on the instantaneously way that fresh ingredients and the ice cream personalized skimmed milk base combine. That fact produces a magnificent flavour. Also, not only ice cream is the main product. We also have Volcano, a crepe served conically inspired on the way that traditional crepes are served in Japan.
